Art Workshop

Join us for up to three hours of fun art activities. What is special about my art workshops is that each participant will finish a unique and personal painting. Each participant will be the decision maker in the creation process. I will show you the way, but you will lead your artistic imagination.

This first workshop is an introduction to the world of abstraction, inspired by my Biology artworks and Carla Goldberg's Seafoam artworks.

During the workshop, you will learn new techniques that you can utilize for future art projects.

In this workshop, you will learn the following:

- The tricks on how to create a frame on the canvas using colors.

- How to mix three colors to create an interesting background.

- How do we create the effect of flowing and continuous organic shapes?

- Each of you will choose one color set to create their painting; see some examples.

Please note that all art materials, including a 16"x 20" canvas, are provided and included in the price, and non-alcoholic refreshments will be provided. So, come and enjoy the art class, learn, meet new people, and be inspired. Also, fees are non-refundable.

Please note a paying and registered adult must accompany children under 13. Seats are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
